Advanced Charity Accounting and Management.

This course focuses on working with the Board as an Independent Examiner. It considers internal controls and good governance, revenue recognition and leases, It will focus on New SORP TAR requirements on sustainability, reserves and going concern disclosures; the steps to take as trustees when these kpi’s  are of serious concern; serious Incident Reporting under the Cal; and steps to take as an Independent Examiner including writing letters of weakness, qualifying and MOMS reporting under the CA.

This course is mandatory for people applying for £1m + licenses. Of interest to Associates  and Fellows starting to tackle the larger charity IE under the new thresholds.
