Registration begins at 9am and the welcome at 9:15. The first keynote speaker is Laura Anderson from OSCR.


In the morning we have talks from Celia Currie from the Fundraising Regulator; best practice talks from Tamara Habberly from VAT People, and from Amsel Page from Spreckles on best practice in the Trustees Annual Report, and an exploration of the Charities Act, Scotland, 2023 from Kenneth Pinkerton.

 

In the afternoon there will be a talk from Steve Grozier of SCVO, ,  from Margaret Birse on planning an examination, and from the Chair of ACIE Mark Heaton on money laundering, and a chance to hear from the Board about the new CIO status and its implications.
